Quick answers for diners and restaurant owners.
For diners
Do I need an account to rate a dish?
Yes. We require a free account to rate dishes so that each person can only rate a dish once, keeping scores fair.
Can I change my rating after submitting?
Not yet β each account gets one rating per dish. We're working on edit support for a future release.
How is the overall restaurant score calculated?
The restaurant score is the average of all individual dish ratings across every menu item. A restaurant with one great dish and three average ones will score somewhere in between.
Are ratings ever removed?
We reserve the right to remove ratings that violate our terms β for example, fake reviews, spam, or ratings posted by the restaurant owner about their own dishes (which our system also blocks automatically).
How do I report a problem with a listing?
Use the Contact Us page and we'll look into it promptly.
For restaurant owners
How do I list my restaurant?
Create an account, then go to the Owner Setup page. You'll fill in your restaurant details and can optionally add up to 5 dishes to start.
Is it free to list?
Yes. The Free plan lets you list one restaurant with up to 5 dishes at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Max) unlock more dishes, promoted slots, and multi-location support.
Can I rate my own dishes?
No. Our system automatically prevents restaurant owners from rating their own menu items.
How do I add more than 5 dishes?
Upgrade to the Pro plan (up to 15 dishes) or Max plan (up to 50 dishes per restaurant) from your dashboard.
Can I list multiple restaurants?
Multiple restaurant listings require the Max plan. Each additional location shares the same owner account.
