Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AskJeannie you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AskJeannie. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@askjeannie.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, restaurant information). By submitting content you grant AskJeannie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content as part of the platform.
You must not submit content that is:
- False, misleading, or defamatory
- Spam or posted by an automated account
- A review of your own business or a competitor's business posted in bad faith
- In violation of any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Offensive, threatening, or otherwise harmful
5. Rating integrity
Each account may submit one rating per dish. Restaurant owners are prohibited from rating their own dishes. We reserve the right to remove ratings that violate these rules or appear fraudulent, without notice.
6. Restaurant listings
Restaurant owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. AskJeannie does not verify the accuracy of menu items, prices, or descriptions. Listings that are false, misleading, or in violation of these terms may be removed.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
AskJeannie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, ratings, or availability of any feature.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskJeannie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
